I think the only reason the market didn't react is because the market at large needs to be spoon-fed more information in such a press release. Joe Average had no idea what kind of revenue the announcement meant. It would've had the desired (and correct) impact if it would've had the first sentence read something like "Franklin announces the signing of 4 major contracts, totaling approximately $200,000 per month in revenues." (oops. Should be "!") People want to hear about the money. Doesn't bother me too much right now as the gaps in the press releases allow me to continue to add to my position for a longer time (gave up on lower prices and got more yesterday at 2.9375). Sure, it would be nice to see the quick paper gains that money-focused news releases would give me, but I'm confident my day will eventually come regardless.
