One can assume that you are playing the arbitrage, correct? No. For one thing SIFY only trades on the Nasdaq. For another, individuals cannot arbitrage between Bombay and New York on ADRs because of capital/currency conversion restrictions. My financial interest is that I have a position in Satyam, ever since its IPO in 1993.
