Hi Ray,

It looks to me like the physics of the Nanovation switch are for real. I also like their photon switching concept vs MEMS mirrors which I believe to be a first class abortion. I can't see how all those tiny mirrors can be made to work within SONET specs out there in the real world. We will see.

The tie-in to MIT buys them some scarce talent on the cheap with the VC funds. I think it is a very good move, and we will probably see more of it. The inevitable billions that flow in from an IPO will fund the company's efforts for a long time. In the interin they have to get something out there to maintain the feeding frenzy.
