John- I just looked under Stars Changes at S&P and they do have CUBE downgraded as of May 8 to *** due to price rise.. Price rise of what? CUBE was still on the 5 star list I printed out which said "updated Monday, May 12, 1997, at 10:10 AM EDT". I don't remember seeing a downgrade on their twice daily updates. Did I just miss it?
