The quotes are from last Friday, not yesterday, not today.

The idea that the Europeans "invented" WCDMA applies to the initials, not the content.

Suggest some care here.

Following potential developments in current spectrum in Korea might be a bit more useful than Bloomberg or Down Jones or other US "news sources".

There is no real news on new spectrum, only "reports".

On the other hand, the Samsung announcement provides useful clues re the real world.

Time will tell.
