I did so for largely for one reason: In a strong market opening today, after "favorable" employment numbers, QCOM was down sharply. The news report itself was the most likely reason and I posted it about ten minutes after it came across. I thought the wording regarding W-CDMA, indicating that QCOM had virtually nothing to do with it was outrageous, and thought others would see it for what it is. But you are correct, I should have pointed that out. Thank you for doing so. StockHawk
