wgmnoris, from what I've read thus far, it is only in a Chapter 7 (total bankruptcy) where the shares get cancled, and the 'Q' is added to the symbol.
Thus far, no 'Q' has been added to the NUZA symbol, and I don't think it will.
Perhaps the company you speak of, had their chapter 11, turn into a chapter 7. Which by the way, can happen, which is why NUZA is IMHO, still very much a risk in this area, that is, until they have their final hearing with their creditors, and their repayment plan is approved by them (the creditors).
Do you know what date that release came out for that particular stock you spoke of?
Perhaps we could research it that way, via bloomberg which keeps PR's from several months back.
