Keeping on topic, are you suggesting that Cubans have freedom of speech, and of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness under Castro's criminal dictatorship? << ... to a family that would not stand a ghost of a chance of qualifying for foster or adoptive parenthood anywhere in the US >> Ahhhh, it is so easy to slander another family, who are different from us, or who speak another language. I'd be willing to bet that the Miami Cuban extended family has a great record of raising children and caring for their families, and would continue to be good parents.
