We were discussing whether Juan had free choice to make a decision to stay in the U.S., while Cuban politicians and thugs were holding guns to the heads of his family back in Cuba.

Keeping on topic, are you suggesting that Cubans have freedom of speech, and of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness under Castro's criminal dictatorship?

Ahhhh, it is so easy to slander another family, who are different from us, or who speak another language. I'd be willing to bet that the Miami Cuban extended family has a great record of raising children and caring for their families, and would continue to be good parents.
