Well, I agree with Francois's reading, that Alcatel provided 90% of sales, which they expect to drop to 50% in the future. The independent local carriers will be increasing in significance, up to 60% in the future.

(Now, I don't know about Canada, as I've never been there, but in the U.S.A. 50% + 60% = 110%. So that doesn't make much sense.)

And yes, I am concerned that 90% of sales came from Alcatel, since I thought Newbridge was only accounting for 70% of sales.

Something else that bothers me, and that I've e-mailed the company about, is why they wrote-off $4.6 million in the 3rd quarter due to the Dyband acquisition, and wrote-off $2.4 million in the just-ended 4th quarter, also due to Dyband. I thought companies usually had one-time write-offs due to acquisitions? Will CKEY have such "nonrecurring" expenses every quarter due to Dyband?
