Here is the deal with Class Actions.

If you purchased your shares during the class period, you are considered a class member. This means that you have two chioces. 1 - do nothing and a court appointed claims manager will notify you in event of settlement; or 2- join with a firm. Either option costs you nothing. You just have more info if you go with a firm. As an attorney in the field, if you have any questions, feel free to contact me at marketview1@aol.com
