Jozef, wouldn't it be more like 800 million cash on hand, with the sale of the Comm division? At any rate, this is great-- so aside from the 400M secured debt addressed by the current tender offer, all other AMD debt is convertible, and already accounted for in the 172 million outstanding shares? (by which Q1 EPS was computed) Doug
