Vicon Post Office Contract has been extended 6 months. according to the Design and Construction division of USPS in Virginia, a solicitation for bids is out there and 3 companies have been pre-qualified (One of which
is Vicon). In the mean time the Vicon contract has been extended for 6 months. When I asked the representative from Design and Construction Division of the USPS who had the contract which expired on June 30th, I was told about Vicon's extension (I think this is public information). I asked why no press releases were announced by Vicon and was told that part of the bidding agreement or contract did not allow any press releases to be issued (I assume without the consent of the USPS). The COO of Vicon has contacted the USPS, presumadly to ask for authorization to make a press release. I personally think this is a strong vote of confidence by the USPS for Vicon. I also am
relieved that the reason Vicon has been tight lipped has been due to the fact that they have no choice and as a shareholder feel much more comfortable with this investment. I think this should be a major boost to the share price of Vicon when a formal public announcement is made. In the meantime I suggest you do your due dilligence to verify this information before jumping into this stock, and remember the early bird catches the worm.

Good Luck

Jon
