Larry, The change in the rule is being mentioned on several threads I follow. PTSC, for example.. stock flooding the market. Relentless. The question in my mind is how much future selling will affect the price when it's trying to rise hard with report and road show. Without big selling into the rise, we could could easily break $1.25. --Madly
