I thought the wording regarding W-CDMA, indicating that QCOM had virtually nothing to do with it was outrageous

Unless QCOM comes out and 'explicitly' makes the cliam that they are entitled to royalties on all applications of WCDMA, the market is going to view this report as QCOM NOT receiving any royalties.

This has and continues to be a 'confusing' issue and it is up to QCOM to clear it up.
