The head of the Investor Relations department at Qualcomm is Julie Cunningham. I faxed her a two-page letter today stating my dissappointment at the company's unwillingness to counter negative information in the financial press, no matter how badly its stock and investors are damaged. Their perplexing silence seems to me the best ally their detractors have. I wrote that investors are crying out for a strong, positive response from the company today.
