Just FYI, the monthly payout on the 740 wells was running between 8 and 9 thousand per month up to April, since then gas prices have surged significantly and we should see an increase in revenue. That payout is post production expense - read NET profit. This I more than realize is NOT a company maker, just another project that helps pay the bills. The payback on the project at $10,000 per month would be about 28 months, given that it was NOT a cash acquisition, this is not bad. The expected life of the production is much longer and given that there are so many wells, as they die out each well does not have a significant impact on the overall value of things.

Salut,
