Drilling to Commence on the Watson-Liard Property Along the Yukon-B.C. Border

Mr. Seamus Young, President of KRL Resources Corp., is pleased to announce that drilling on the Watson-Liard Property is scheduled to commence May 13, 1997.

The Watson-Liard Property, along the Yukon-British Columbia Border, forms part of the Watson Project which has the potential for lead-zinc-silver sedimentary exhalative and volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. The drill program is designed to test an airborne
geophysical magnetic conductor that coincides with a soil geochemical gold anomaly.

The Watson-Liard Property is located along the same Volcanic Massive Sulphide Belt that, to date, has produced the Kudz Ze Kayah and Wolverine Deposits.
