My old friend marginmike. Judging from the use of capital letters you still seem to suffer from an occasional bout of blood pressure. This reminds me of the old absurd WLL debate that we had. Those times. And what happened? Are the hordes of poor people in developing countries rushing to buy the stuff?

This reminds me of the good old Engineer. He used to get nervous so easily as well. Is he still wearing his engineer hat? Probably sporting an Ericsson cap by now.

So Ericsson royalties. Nicely worded document. You pay the same amount of royalties for this and that IPR. Was there a claim that those IPRs must actually be used in WCDMA? Very interesting concept, using patents of a 2G system designed by X on a 3G system designed by W, Y, and Z. Surely there must be a tremendous overlap.
