Is he still wearing his engineer hat? Probably sporting an Ericsson cap by now. So Ericsson royalties. Nicely worded document. You pay the same amount of royalties for this and that IPR. Was there a claim that those IPRs must actually be used in WCDMA? Very interesting concept, using patents of a 2G system designed by X on a 3G system designed by W, Y, and Z. Surely there must be a tremendous overlap. - rajala
