ted, re:moderated thread. Both are currently providing useful information, so I'm scanning both and participating on both. So far the new thread seems to have a diversity of viewpoints and contains more usefull news than this thread. But is I found myself agreeing with all the opinion posts and finding nothing new in the factual posts, I'd stop reading it. As for this thread, posters have been more civil lately, and as long as that continues, I'll keep reading and participating in this thread. There used to be an "AMD News and Information Only" thread, but it died out. There was also a private BBS system which Paul Engel refers to as the "Pwivate Thread," but that died out for lack of interest. Right now, if I'm pressed for time, I'd scan just the new thread because there are fewer tit-for-tat posts, insults and stock price predictions. I hope the Intelopers don't ignore it. Petz
