James, Personally, I don't understand retail or fashion at all. I still haven't figured out The GAP. :-( I can see the impressive growth, return on capital, etc... but I don't understand why some of them can sustain it and others fall apart other than fashion whims. To be honest, I'm not even sure how they achieve those returns to begin with. I think I understand Costco's and Walmart's success a little, but I am generally just lost. The only trick I've learned is to follow inventory growth relative to sales closely. As far as I am concerned ANF could be a 10 bagger or it could be a disaster. I can't tell at all. Wayne
