| Jon, sorry about your failed Independence Day Celebration. Bastille Day is very close!
Here's an interesting little detail on short interest and availability of stock. Received by PM not for attribution but again, I rate this [yet another] source really highly.

<I thought I'd pass along a little anecdotal evidence of how much GSTRF is shorted. I've been trying to move my margin account from broker "A" to broker "B" for about six weeks now (starting about 1 week prior to Memorial Day). All of my stocks quickly moved within a couple of days, but for the last six weeks, I've been getting the run around as to why my GSTRF shares haven't been moved yet. It seems that those shares are sitting in a clearing house or some such nonsense.....?!>

Well, well, well. I would NOT want to be short.

Incidentally, the fact that this person cannot move their Globalstar stock due to excessive borrowing of it [presumably] is an obvious manipulation of the market, distorting the free, fair, liquid trading in stock. This person has got their stock in limbo and if they suddenly want to sell, they might have trouble. Shorters and the brokers are badly distorting the market. The SEC and that guy Bill, the law enforcement dude in California, should be taking an interest in that.

PS: You shorts [assuming you do watch out for your interests and are reading this as you should be] had better cover and do it today. Your leader Geoff has abandoned you. Valueman, the arch critic has abandoned you. You are alone with no end to upside. Good luck, you'll need it.

And don't be too smug, just because this is the third crying of 'Wolf'. That's just a trick to lull you into scoffing at the Wolf. There really, really is a wolf at the door this time, waiting to gobble you up! See how the last time, we got short interest increased to 30M shares, filling the trap.
