kate... The real and only issue is who controls 3G? From everything I know, it's QCOM. There are no competing technologies to make Q an Apple or whatever people have been saying here. Superior marketing and FUD is the basic story and it will just take steel nerves to withstand it stock price wise...but Q will prevail, that I have no doubt. People may like their Nokia phones, but Q will be inside them one way or another. The royalties may take litigation, but 3G is NOT going to happen without QCOM. I thought I was outta here. Rick
