Joe, how's it going?
I have a question about stereo equipment. My receiver has crapped out and I need a replacement. I want to use it for both the CD player and the TV. I haven't bought one for about 7 years and I am totally clueless about my options. I do have a J&R catalog, they have had good prices for me in the past on VCRs, CD players, etc and I will probably order from them or a similar outfit, but I have no idea what all the damn abbreviations mean.
Also, if you are in a helpful mood, could you please arrange for us to get a break from this heat? We are looking at a solid week of 100 plus temperatures, combined with 30 mph winds all day long.
BTW, Roy stayed at KU!! 17,000 people attended the press conference and several radio stations broadcasted nothing but "ROYWATCH2000" for several days. I have never seen anything like it. What a week to be a Jayhawk! |
