June sales last two weeks were perhaps helped by the inclusion of Ames flyers in large papers such as Boston Globe. Keep it up.

Summer merchandise will be sold off and in September X'mas merchandise will come in. If POS data indicates the change in customer purchase trends due to demographic change in advertizing, such as what Ettore reported. Keep it up.

By July 20th, the shorts data will be reported by Nasdaq. We hope that the shorts have decreased. If not, Herzog and Bank of America will have to buy back on profit taking of Ames investors. We also know that Solomon, Smith Barney may be interest to assume the shorts. I have the name you can contact. They are experienced in recovering shorts that are hard to buy back. Keep up the good work.

Up to now it is just putting one foot in front of the other. Technical rebound will come, but do we have the experienced market makers here to take charge? Fundamentally, AMES is still the same AMES. Revenue follows the past years' performance, with the exception of perhaps more skilled advertizing now.
