Depends, Looked @ SILICON Chart American $ (which I relate to). 60 minute chart @ end of day Thrusting pattern K above D D below 25 (I prefer 20) RSI leveling All of which indicates oversold, so buy.... HOWEVER Daily shows "perhaps" UP but open @ prior close 4 7/16 no thrust pattern close @ 4 7/16 which is same as prior close and slight up shadow... K 24+ D 37+ Bottom line....
