The evidence strongly suggests that innocents have been executed and under this system of "justice" will continue to be executed.

Arguments have been made pointing to "victim's rights." Well, an innocent waiting to be executed on Death Row is a victim too and also entitled to rights. When the State kills an innocent person, it is not a mistake, because everyone admits the system is not a perfect one. Therefore, when an innocent is executed, the State is just as guilty as a person who commits pre-meditated murder.

And since the evidence is strong that a significant number of innocents have been executed during the last 100 years alone, that makes the State a serial murderer. The State is a murderer because it not only tolerates, but promotes and manages a flawed system that allows for innocents to be executed along with the guilty.

Such a system is immoral and unethical. To call it "justice" is a mockery of the word, "justice" and a gross violation of the supreme inalienable right of any human: the right to life.
