Jacob, pmfji, but if you're looking for leverage, you can avoid the risks of margin calls through buying LEAPS contracts. As example, QCOM 2003 100 strike price LEAPS calls are trading for under $20/sh., and provide more leverage than full margin without the attendant risks.
