Ed, I have printed out the info available on the web. The data package I requested from the company has never come. Anyway, here are a couple of questions.

1. I understand the some gas production is protected by puts. This puts a floor under the price but does not limit the up - correct?

2. The price to cash flow ratio should be less than 2 at currrent O&G prices - so what is the market problem with PANA. Is there some event last year that has to be overcome?

3. So what are the triggers for price action. One I see will be the cash flow figures for the second quarter.

4. What are the drilling results that we should look for.
