Yep!

Micron is rattling its Samurai sabre. If they produce the chipset, I expect INTEL will sue Micron as they did VIA.
I doubt that Micron has a license from INTEL to produce chipsets supporting the Pentium architecture.

Micron would like to get VIA to produce its chipset but VIA already has problems with its own chipset.

AMD would like to get VIA to produce chipsets for the T-bird and Duron but VIA is still being sued by INTEL in Federal court over this matter.

VIA does not want to loose access to 80% of the desktop market by concentrating on production of AMD platforms.

When the dust settles, INTEL will prevail over Micron and VIA. I suggest that MU will be a good short candidate if they persist. Since Intel has sold their Mu stock for a large profit there will be no financial barriers for them to sue Micron.
