The fact that you cannot find one innocent person put to death Hmmm, how about a little spin on this? My candidate for "an innocent person put to death" is - Joie Armstrong. She was the environmentalist murdered in yosemite by the same person who killed the Sund family (Cory Stayner). The reason I bring this up is, because these yosemite killings (I'm talking about the first 3 women here - a huge federal case), had detectives, FBI, local police etc. on the wrong track - totally - they were after a methanphetamine drug gang. They had all but convicted these drug addicts, even though they were all yelling for DNA tests! This happened a while ago but I even read some articles at the time that said that fibers from the Pelossi clothing were found in the drug dealer's residence. This was all totally false. Had Stayner not killed Joie Armstrong while these guys were locked up, what do you think would have happened to them? Death penalty, perhaps? Report on Stayner ignored?
