hb, We've got a house on the water in Perdido Keys Fl. 4 years ago I got a real estate friend to give me a marketable price. At the time it was $167,000. I just had it appraised and its now $300,000. There's inflation somewhere, its just the management of those numbers that has kept it tame. Peter :o)
