Let me take a bullish stance for a minute. Here's a hypothetical -
PRST may be in the licencing and patent attainment phase of this new technology. May have some phases of the project that need to be cleaned up before making it public knowledge as well.
Till they have everything tied up nice and tidy, they may have wanted to keep what they have been working on "behind closed doors" till all the I's dotted and T's crossed.
They have had their share of patent controversies with having people question them in the past.
Maybe this time around the did not want to be put threw this "allegation hoop" again about not having everything wrapped up nice and tight.

Being a "surprise of the show" or "best of show" can get PRST a lot of free press and Pub.
By announcing the end of the movie before anyone goes to the show may not be the best for the company. May have spent much time and energy to unveil this new hit. Now everyone knows whats behind door #1 ...I simply question is some of the thunder now gone?

To say it just dosn't matter is just not so.
Trade secrets and employee confidentiality is very common and taken very seriously in todays business enviorment.
I can only guess that this entire venture falls into both the above.

This is all I questioned. It is to be taken seriously.

As for warning about getting into into trouble by what one posts.
Let me speak and tell you from personal experience.

I have mentioned stocks I liked in the past and have had people buy them based on what I posted.
I will note I never told them to buy anything, just said what I was doing for myself.
The stock had a bad news release and fell in price.
Soon I began to get hate mail from some investors who read my posts blambing me for the demise of their investment.
HE responded saying that my implications were strong enough where he construed them as a buy recommendation.
My post was to set a precident so the same did not happen to Neil.
Like I say - Neil and I can be on other sides of the trading fence and it's fine with me. Dosn't make Neil the enemy in my mind. Can't you just accept it as bing as simple as that?

As for it being America, 1st ammendment, right to say and do whatever you want without any ramifications down the road etc.
You want to put your head in the sand and pretend your bullet proof. Be my guest.
