yes, Kaka: The 18% gain in 12 months for Dell is worthy of a strong buy. At $60 Dell will be app. at 60 p/e for trailing earnings and as low as 1.2 for PEG. That is a lot more healthy than a 100 pe and 3.0 for PEG.
It is refreshing to see a bullish analyst being pragmatic.
