Bulls...in the ERICY/QCOM settlement ERICY has stipulated that all variants of CDMA are based on QCOM IP and royalties are due to QCOM...period...obviously you have some personal agenda with your personal attack on Dr. J. when you call him 'Irwin "arrogant" Jacobs'...do you work for Nokia?...talk about a company that will have to wake up and smell the coffee..or as you so intelligently say "wake up and 'spell' the coffee...spell this ..royalties due.
