Just wanted to give you another side of the story on Dell. I've got a Dell laptop. BIG MISTAKE!!! Nothing but trouble from day 1. The thing never has worked right and still doesn't.

Yes, Dell has made a valiant attempt at correcting/replacing/etc., but it is still a piece of #$%^&($.

Check out the ratings on Dell laptops. They're not nearly as high as the ratings for Dell desktops.
