I understand your anxiety, but I can't share it. DEC to get
a injunction needs to put up a bond, equal to 5 years of INTEL
ravenue and the damages in case theylooses.

Now DEC neither can raise that kind of money, not any insurance
company will underright 200 billion dolalrs policy for them.

Then there will be a class action by INTC institutional holders for
damages and lost ravenue.

I have already talked to a couple of corporate lawyers that confirm
this suit against INTC will be the end of DEC. I tend to believe them.

If those long on INTC to panick and sell short or sell is a loss.
