Chris, Most Jews have knowledge of the use of terms of prophecy from OT where no doubt John had learned them. So Revelation would be understandable for most Jews at that time. The real question for me is does preterism line up with the OT completely? Gods word will not change to suite someone's ideas about prophecy. I fully accept that I do not totally understand all that will happen to Israel or the Jews, but I do know God is faithful and does not desire anyone to perish (John 3:16). Therefore, I diligently work at bringing the Good News to all I meet especially the Jews. Nancy
