88 You don't need to uninstall RP,just disable it. Look under file properties and see if you can disable from there. If not, try disabling realplayer at startup by clicking start/run/type in "msconfig" (without quotes)/click ok/go to startup tab and uncheck any box that has realplayer in it/click apply and ok. This will prompt a restart. Click ok and after restart try defrag again and let us know if it succeeds. tc
