Sorry to be responding out of sequence. I had missed this post until you re-referenced it. As you can see from the last post I very much agree that KPMG here and Haugen gone is a plus.
As to the 4th Q calculation of eps, I believe that the first Q miscalculation related to the credit not being applied for the company's ability to buy shares in the open market below the price of the options. This was not the case in Q4 as the stock price was generally higher.
