Mr. Mark and all,

I have lurked on this thread for quite some time and must congratulate all for their willingness to help others. Thank you!

I have run into the same problem as Gottfried after running the latest Live Update (in Systemworks 2000 Professional Edition using WIN98 SE)... can't find LUALL.EXE file. The NAV definitions were updated, but I can no longer open Live Update. Actually, if I "click" once on it (Live Update) it shows in the taskbar and then keeps opening a new block in the lower taskbar every 10 seconds or so... but no window! Is there a solution to this problem... and if I can get the file from someone ( drmef@mindspring.com ) how do I install it?

Although I have always been a Norton fan since the old DOS days, the addition of SystemWorks seems to have added some problems. Sporadically, when I disconnect and then exit from my ISP (Mindspring), the dial-up window will suddenly appear on its own and start dialing. If I click "cancel" it disappears and all is well. This never happened until I installed Norton SystemsWorks 2000. Any thoughts?

Sorry to add this problem in as well, but most on the thread seem to be Norton experts. Ever since installing SystemWorks 2000 Professional Edition a few months ago, I routinely run WinDoctor and get the following error message:

The key, "AtWorkRendering\shell\PrintTo\command," refers to an invalid command entry, "C:\Program Files\Norton Web Services\UpgUPD\0."

I let it repair itself and it says "fixed", but the next time I run WinDoctor... up it pops again. Am I confused?? You bet!!

TIA.

Marty
