Wave count update : In early June I thought that Wave D topped out at 55 and we were going down to the 37-41 area to complete Wave E with a minimum pullback to 44 and a max of 32 with the expected time frame of 2-4 weeks. We hit a bottom of 42 1/2 in about 2 weeks from the previous top of 55. We are now back at 55. We did meet the minimum requirements for E, but it wasn't too convincing. It would have been clearer if we had pulled a bit more and had taken a bit longer too.

At this point there are two possibilities. If we did in fact complete E then we have begun the next run which eventually takes us in to uncharted territory. The technicals look very strong right now and would support a breakout. The second possibility is that we never completed the D wave and are in the process of doing that now. If that were to be the case then I would expect this run up to die at or below the 60 area and then we correct back down to the 40 area before the real party begins. In either case the longer term outlook remains the same.
