""Examine everything. Hold fast that which is good."

James--You quoted this verse to justify examining and participating
in the activities of Yoga. The quote is taken out of context.
The complete quote in context is:
1Thess.5:19-21
19. Quench not the spirit.
20. Despise not prophesying.
21. Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

The words "Prove all things" clearly refer to judging
the utterances from those claiming the gifts of the
Spirit. This is to encourage Christians to exercise their
gifts and to encourage those listening to test and judge
what is being said. It has nothing to do with
testing and participating in false religions such as the
Yoga of Hinduism.
You have been horribly deceived.
Satan offered Jesus the entire world if He would only
participate in Satans' scheme.

In my adolescent and early twenties, I studied
the major religions of the world.
Hinduism is a very seductive and evil religion.
