Daniel, Don't agree with the upside until after the 2nd. Qtr results. I look at about another two dollar drop after the results. I will be buying after that to average down after my last buy got me into trouble. I wonder if EDS is in play after the last announcment concerning contracts without price movement? Can Brown turn the company around or setting it up to be put in play? This company has a history of going up and then the big fall. A person could have made lots of money on the falls. Stock growth has been very poor over the past few years. I question if they can develop software or only depend on their insurance/goverment to maintain software where they can move people from state to state like robots?
