you're not the only one tired around here <g3>... the "$500 after rebate" comment of mine was a comical typo. re "Would there be much difference in System Works 2000 and Norton Utilities 2000 ver.4.5?" yes. 'systemworks' is the whole suite of 5 components, one of which is 'utilities'. with systemworks you also get antivirus and cleansweep and a couple others. the suite is the wtg, imo <g3> "Didn't see your answer to aldrums until I posted. Sorry I jumped the gun!!!<g>" dude, i had no answer. he needed you. no guns got jumped! rest well :) mark
