YOGA--A Hindu discipline for achieving union with the supreme spirit through intense concentration, prescribed postures, controlled breathng, etc. When you particiapte in Yoga, you are participating in a false religion and worshipping a false god. As Christians, we are united with God through the Blood of Jesus and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. If we lack this unity and peace, we must search the Scriptures and the Christian Church-the Body of Christ-- to find where we are lacking and not search among the demons in the false religions.
