Edelman's initial focus will be to help create, manage and execute public relations programs to increase awareness of U.S. Wireless Data and its Wireless Express Payment Service(SM) (WEPS(SM)) product, the only truly neutral service enabling the secure delivery of wireless transactions to and from a card payment.
