I posted the Cramer article because it is so contrary to what most people believe on this and other threads, I think it's good to read the other perspective. One of Joseph's points in his call is that the end of the cycles isn't a demand issue, but a supply issue. MHO on the semi's is that the current cycle runs until late 2001, when all the announced capacity comes on line. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like it takes about 18 months for a Fab to come on line, at least 2 years for it to reach capacity (?). I don't remember too many Fab announcements 12 to 18 months ago. (and yes, Cramer is a surprisingly good writer)

Is Barrett spending a lot more time as an ambassador for Intel than previous CEO's, or is that my imagination?
