SDLI had been rumored to be a target of Corning. Given the size of these deals and the ongoing consolidation, IMO Corning might very well be interested in some of the attractive pieces of MRVC, especially the components manufacturing capacity. If they really wanted MRVC I think an offer of, say, $140/share, or around 10 billion, might do it.
