this is the key statement that should be considered....any trade negotiations with a korean entity are always opened up with "your price is too high".....even prior to your price being presented....it's a common form of "jawboning" to get concessions on something they want, or they know they will be "forced" to procure.....

put aside technical selection reasons....it's purely commercial at this point...a bit of one sided public prenegotiations...
