Elmer- How long does it take to switch making one type of chip to another? Also, how long will it take to finish the chips once the wafers start? Apparently, there's only one stepper at Fab 18 capable of etching P4 wafers, so it looks like at least one employee is in for some serious overtime. What is a stepper? Does Intel have other plants with the same kind of steppers?
